Personal support

Though starting a business is not difficult, it does require adequate training, hence the SoE, and an awareness and preparedness to deal with any expected situation you may have to go through and deal effectively with any challenge that comes against you. And that may require “specialist” input. That is where my “personal support” comes in.

The fact is that the various agencies that we have around us, such as Business Link or the Chamber of commerce, as well as the various “gurus” of this or that do not generally provide “specific” answers, options and solutions to your “specific” needs of your “specific” business. They provide general advice; which is precious but not sufficient and most times too genearal. Which leave you to think and find out how that idea or that principle may apply to YOUR business.

But there is more. Why use someone else’s ideas when you have the solution right there in front of you? Why seek “advice” when actually you need “support”? Why try and apply what may have worked in another situation or business totally ignoring, you, your knowledge, your experience, your aspirations, your style of work? And that is where I come in.

Not only I have started and developed several businesses myself but I have also been involved in middle and senior management positions over the many years of professional activity.
